SportStatz is an online sports scoring adminstration service for teams, clubs, leagues and associations. There are no downloads involved - all access is via a standard web browser.
How does it work?
SportStatz customers, referred to as Admins, first establish their clubs, grounds and grades for their sport and league. Others members of your league/association can then be given access to your database to add players and teams. SportStatz will show upcoming fixtures, including match start times, dates, grounds and teams.
Clubs can send out automatic emails to players asking for their availability for upcoming matches. Players can announce their availability by simply clicking on the options in their emails. The availiability information is gathered by SportStatz and displayed in real time to club officials.
As matches are completed, coaches, managers, team captains, referees and umpires are given access to log in and enter match results. Match details are then checked by the Admins or umpires/referees. After checking, match results and competition points are awarded.
Once a match is approved, SportStatz will automatically display the match reports, competition table and updated player statistics for public viewing. These can be linked to an existing web site (via scripting or frames) or SportStatz can display a complimentary stand-alone web site for subscribing clubs and teams. See example
